IDB Invest and British International Investment Create New Deal-Making Framework

On 4 November, IDB Invest and British International Investment agreed to coordinate the identification, structuring and execution of private-sector investments across six Caribbean markets. The MoU did not announce a new transaction value or dedicated fund size. The partnership creates opportunities for joint ventures and investment transactions.
